1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making fee payments, or attending live training sessions on TheTechTraining platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Student Account & Classroom Ethics
- Personal Use Only: Account access is individual. Sharing login details or live stream links with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Code of Ethics: Zero tolerance for harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior in live classes or community channels.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course slides, live lecture recordings, capstone project templates, assignments, and branding materials belong exclusively to TheTechTraining.

To qualify for 100% placement assistance and recruiter interview referrals, students must:

Course fees must be paid prior to batch commencement or according to agreed EMI schedules. All fee payments are non-refundable once the batch has officially commenced, unless explicitly agreed in writing under specified guarantee terms.
6. Legal Desk & Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
